Feel.

Sometimes it's okay to feel and it's okay to not being able to control how you feel,sometimes you just need to except all your feelings as they are and be self understanding I.e it's okay if you feel low just because someone said you something or just because you saw a movie and it got to you or just because of no reason,you don't need to know the reason everytime just trust that it would be all fine again and trust me that thought itself can make a hell of a difference.
