FORWARD

We are what we decide to be,the most valuable one can make is choose to be what they want and often some of our habits and the people we interact or stay with affects our choice.Now,when we start    doing something that is new to us like we all have our ‘New Year Resolution’ of some it might be to exercise daily or read daily anything that help you grow physically,mentally or spiritually but what happens is we know that the starting is going to be difficult,it will be a bit hard to wake up early or to start reading the first page but the more difficult part is after the first step is to take the next step,now why is it that difficult,we just have to do what you did in the first step but with a bit more effort but what most people do is in the first day of exercise they get up and start doing the various kind of exercise or they start reading and then we all get excited that we took the first step in that we overdo it like if we had to do exercise just for 15 mins or read just for half hour we but then we do the exercise for half hour and read for like 50 mins and I’m not saying that’s bad but then the next day you feel a bit tired due to overdose of the first day and still some of us would get up but now instead of adding 2 mins more we cut down 5 mins of the whole time and from there the whole thing starts to go backwards rather than going forward.So start doing it step by step,take a bit of effort on first day and then keep adding more and more effort to it because “The more effort you put in yourself,the more you improve.”
