Want? Need.

   If you had to choose between two things: 1.The thing you want. 2.The thing that you need. ‘Let’s take a timeout’,it’s one of my personal favourite phrase.Now,the problem is we all want timeouts and it’s perfectly fine to take time-outs and try to refresh yourself but what we sometimes fail to understand is that we can’t just take timeout to take timeouts,we have to think about the consequences first and also consider the situation.                               Timeouts are like a pause button for your life and when I say your life that exactly means only and only your life because people around you are still going to do what they have to do it’s you who wants a pause and if you are not careful enough this pause can affect you in a more negative way than positive.That’s why you think before pausing,pause when you think it is right and for some people it might be when they are feeling that they are stuck,they pause,they think,they train and come back strong while for some they pause when they achiev...

We are what we decide to be,the most valuable one can make is choose to be what they want and often some of our habits and the people we interact or stay with affects our choice.Now,when we start    doing something that is new to us like we all have our ‘New Year Resolution’ of some it might be to exercise daily or read daily anything that help you grow physically,mentally or spiritually but what happens is we know that the starting is going to be difficult,it will be a bit hard to wake up early or to start reading the first page but the more difficult part is after the first step is to take the next step,now why is it that difficult,we just have to do what you did in the first step but with a bit more effort but what most people do is in the first day of exercise they get up and start doing the various kind of exercise or they start reading and then we all get excited that we took the first step in that we overdo it like if we had to do exercise just for 15 mins or read just...
